SHIPPING POLICY

At Zenful Organics, we prioritize sustainability and aim to make our shipping policy accessible to all. We are dedicated to telling a story that reflects our values and lets our users know more about us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zenful Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. All digital downloads are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms.

Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition
Returned items must be in new condition: unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns without this information.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within seven business days. Please note it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at Hello.KJorganics@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping in the case of damaged or incorrect items and work quickly to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, email Hello.KJorganics@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. We will respond with next steps and return instructions.

Zenful Organics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
 

Digital downloads are non-refundable.
